About the Journal
ZIJEn (Zabags International Journal of Engagement) is a community service journal. The interdisciplinary goal of this "peer-review of Engagement" is in order to advance theory and practice related to all forms of dedication and involvement. This includes highlighting innovative endeavors; critically examining emerging issues, trends, challenges and opportunities; and inform impact studies in the fields of public service, service, engagement, counseling, research, community-based research, group-based participatory research, action research, public funding, service learning, community service and community service development research.

This journal examines the intersection of local and global issues concerning engagement conditions. This includes highlighting innovative endeavors; critically examining emerging issues, trends, challenges, and opportunities; and reporting on studies of impact in the areas of public service, outreach, engagement, extension, engaged research, community-based research, community-based participatory research, action research, public scholarship, service-learning, community service and developing research of community engagement.
ZIJEn is also to serve as the premier peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal to advance theory and practice related to all forms of outreach and engagement. This journal examines the intersection of local and global issues concerning engagement conditions. We are continuously working with our author communities to select the best choice of license options Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 4.0 This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

Customer engagement pertains to the interactions and experiences that customers have with a company or brand. Engaged customers are actively involved and interested in the products or services offered, and they may participate in activities such as providing feedback, making repeat purchases, and advocating for the brand. Building strong customer engagement often involves fostering positive customer experiences, delivering personalized interactions, and creating a sense of community around the brand. It encompasses actions such as likes, comments, shares, and follows.
